Advertising Rates

Property Advertisements - Ham-friendly homes, land, or lease postings by-owner or by a broker / agent are free. You do not need to have a valid callsign to place property postings. Ham-friendly means no or limited height / antenna restrictions in both local zoning and CC&Rs (deed restrictions, HOA rules, etc).  Postings that are determined not to meet this criteria will be deleted.

Professional Advertisements - Any advertisements posted to the Real Estate Agents, Loan Officers, or Other Services Categories are free.  You must enter a valid callsign or your advertisement will be deleted.

Banner Advertisements - Banner ads run in random order on the bottom of each page. Banners must be 468 by 60 pixels and less than 15k in size.  Animated GIFs are acceptable as long as they meet the size requirements.

• Banner ads for professional services are $12 per year and you must have a valid callsign. 
• Banner ads for other services and products are $12 per year and may be placed by anyone.

Site Advertiser - Site advertisers are small banners that run on the right side of the site. There are five ads displayed at a time in random order.  This ad type offers 5 times more impressions than the banner advertisements. Homes4Hams will produce the banner using 2 photos and your phone number. Each ad will also contain your name, callsign, and areas serviced.  Site advertisers are $24 per year.

Site Sponsor Advertisements - Site Sponsors are small banner ads displayed on the left side of every page. There are only 5 ads spaces available and they run on every page. Homes4hams will produce the banner and link it to your website. Site Sponsor Advertisements are $75 per year. Site sponsors will also receive a free banner advertisement and a site advertiser position.
